The Discovery Wall may be reserved by Auraria faculty and organizations for lectures, meetings, presentations, screenings, discussions, and workshops.

Discovery Wall Technology:

  • Presentation Clicker
  • HDMI Connection

You may connect your laptop or tablet to the Discovery Wall, but the resolution is limited to 1080P. At the moment we do not provide cables or adapters. If you require these items, you may check them out from the AskUs Desk (if available).

For your convenience, the Windows 10 PC includes: 

  • Web Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Internet Explorer
  • Microsoft Office 2016: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Zoom
  • Skype
  • VLC Player
  • Quicktime Player

This is a Windows machine and we cannot open file formats from Pages, Numbers, and Keynote. Please convert these files to their Microsoft equivalents or PDF's.  

After you submit your request, we will be in touch with you to confirm availability and other details. Reservations must be made two weeks in advance of your requested date. 

Filling out this form DOES NOT confirm your reservation. An Auraria Library staff person will contact you via email to confirm your reservation.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your reservation so we can get your content loaded onto the Discovery Wall system.

Are you planning to provide any type of food or beverages for your event?

It is the responsibility of the patron reserving the Discovery Wall to setup and clean up all food/beverage related items pre and post-reservation.

If a caterer has been hired for the event, it is the responsibility of the patron reserving the Discovery Wall to meet with the caterer, watch over food delivered, and to ensure all items are cleaned up by the caterer after the event.

The Auraria Library Staff will provide a table to meet your needs. The Auraria Library Staff will not be in charge of setting up, cleaning up, or meeting with your caterer.
